REDLION.WORKS is a firm of architects established in 2023 and based in Hackney, East London. We offer a full package of architectural services for your home or business. We have twenty years experience and specialise in carefully considered home design and realisation.

Over the years we have worked with old buildings and new, including many listed buildings. Each have their foibles and individual challenges and opportunities always leave them better insulated and in a more robust state than before.

We can guide you through the process of decision and construction. Whether it be small or large scale, the relationships between everyone involved are critical for a smooth-running project. We have hands-on acquired knowledge of construction and have worked with talented structural and mechanical engineers.

We believe in using high quality natural materials to create a wholesome environment for us all to live in. We take care to minimize the impact of building on our immediate and wider surroundings. We avoid the use of oil-based insulations materials, vinyls, VOC-heavy finishes and other pollutants commonly introduced into the home during construction.  The question of what happens afterwards to building materials is not often asked, but it should be. Let us not store up problems for the future – build the best that a budget can accommodate. We aim to create spaces that are easy on the eye, calming and healthy to exist in.
